Public interest disclosures

The State Revenue Office is a public body as defined by the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2012. As required by the Act, we have developed and published our Public Interest Disclosures Procedures. These procedures, together with general information on how to make a potentially public interest disclosure in relation to the conduct of a State Revenue Office employee, are available on our website.
